EXPERIENCED

I'm a Mobile Loan Signing Agent certified with and a member of the National Notary Association. 

I hold a certificate with the Loan Signing System program, Fidelity approved and Snapdocs verified. Background screened with the NNA, licensed, bonded and insured. I have extensive experience with loan documents which include but are not limited to; First and Second Mortgages, Refinances, Purchase Packages, Sellers Packages, HELOCS, Reverse Mortgages, Jurats, Acknowledgements, Affidavits, Living Trust and more. 

I'm able to guide each client through loan documents, making their experience easy to follow. 


QUALITY

Professionalism is my first priority. I'm responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. I want each customer to feel comfortable and at ease as I complete an error free signing for everyone involved. I'm detail oriented and prompt for each appointment. I follow instructions for each file  thoroughly. I do drop offs, pick ups, scan backs and emails. I'm aware of the pick up times and locations for UPS and FedEx to overnight documents for your convenience.

I'm here for your loan signing needs. Rather last minute or ahead of schedule, please give me a call. I know how this business works with emergencies, vacations etc. Allow me to help, I will handle each appointment with quality and care.
